Work up to your max triplet O-Squat

Tabata
KB Snatch (24/16)
Ball Slams (20/12)
Ring Dips

Stagger the starting points so that guys can use the 20lb balls. 3 minutes rest btwn. each Tabata interval. Post scores for each exercise and a total.
