CFL at the Warrior Dash!


Jump rope for 10 minutes continuously (singles, double unders, one leg, crossovers, running, etc.)


Rest 5 minutes

20 KB Swings (24/16)

Do your best not to stand around at all for the jump rope session. The intention is to jump rope for the full 10 minutes. Try some new maneuvers with the rope beforehand.
