Some fast times!


Running Skillz

Practice Pose Running Method over 400M

then...

1 mile run 4 time

Trainers: Break up the intervals over the 400M so there is minimal fatigue (client's discretion). We want everyone to spend that time practicing their mechanics.

If you don't have a mile run time on record, here's your chance. This is basic, just like you need to establish your 1 rep max for each lift in order to understand your progress in strength/oly training, you need to know your mile time as it pertains to your running skills.

I am channeling my inner chimp right now Jarrod, which requires much meditation and reflection. Trash talk will resume after inner chimp is summoned
