Client & Staff Appreciation Party 8/28
I will be hosting a client & staff appreciation party at my home in Boulder on Saturday August 28th starting at 3PM. We will have a short day at the gym that day. I will have a keg, and a grill going with some food provided. If you can bring an item to share that will help a lot. This is a chance for us all to get together (CF Littleton, Front Range BJJ & Factory X Muay Thai) and cut loose. It's also my chance to thank you guys for all that you do - staff and members. Please see the Events board by the door for the address. Feel free to bring your significant others, kids etc. There is big park right behind my house so we will be playing some Ultimate, Softball or some such thing. Hope to see you guys there!

Boo...I won't be able to make it! And my keg stand push-ups are STELLAR!!!! Wish I could be there Ian but I'll be out of town that weekend!
This is the same day as the Red Bull Flugtag! Can anyone say pre-game! Car pooling anyone???
I thought the Flugtag got canceled in Denver? I guess we'll have to jump straight into the keg stands without the pre-game...
