Ian - Given the simplicity of the workout, do you mind if i come tonight with Kiira and Bryce. They can definatly do the KB swings and either learn the SDLHP or sub with another skill. They have a swim meet on Sat. so unless they come today with me, they will only get 1 workout this week.

Kiira and Bryce can't stop talking about the class. While they had to mod and scale to their skill level, i think that a mix of Kids Cross Fit and Adult classes might be just what the need to stay motivated and feel like a part of the CFL community. thank you for letting them be a part of today. they look forward to more adult classes.....
