Acknowledgements

Just wanted to take some time to mention a few of you who have achieved your 30 day goals in the not too distant past:

Laurie got her 3x100 Back Squat

Terry wanted 35 consecutive DU's & got 38

Lorie got her 2 dead hang pull-ups

JZ got his 8 kipping pull-ups

Great job you guys! Keep working in small steps. That's what it takes. Write it down and chip away at it.

If you have an injury that prevents you from working on your goal (like me) get a new one in the meantime. You can come back to the old one later.

How are your goals coming for the rest of you?

Also, T. Fisher set the gym record for a handstand hold last night at 3:01. Nice.

I accomplished my goal in May of 5 toes to bar...new goal is 5 second hand stand (unassisted). I hear Kyle has the same goal? we should practice together!
