Only 1 Week Left for CFL Short Metcon Challenge

Isn't anyone else going to hit up this workout for the free T-shirt!?

10 Hang Power Cleans (77% BW+)
10 Lateral Jumps (24/20)

You need 4:39 or better for the free T.

Matt Shay has been the only one to put his score on the board. Even if you want to scale it, give it a try and post your score. It's a fun WOD.

The Oly class is in too we will hit it Saturday. After we get done picking up heavy things.
