Work simultaneously. Split the work/Game it however you want. For the pullups do what you would do for a usual Wod. There will not be a time penalty for modding pullups. (No Jumping Pullups....Use: Kipping, Butterfly, Dead Hang or your normal color band.) For the thruster, butt ball or lower depth front squat to locked over head. 45lb bar for men 33 bar for women.
