I feel the need to apologize to my 1:00 comrades this afternoon...sorry for my 3-year old temper tantrum. F'n double-unders got the best of me today.

D, I didn't witness the melt down but believe me when I say. If people can't handle a grown man freaking out about a jump rope they have no business at X-fit Littleton.
Derek, I didn't witness the meltdown, but wish I had. Turning the chimp loose is not only healthy, its necessary.Going primal is what CFL is all about.
