WOD 3/11/09










Complete as many rounds as you can in thirty minutes of:
Five pull-ups
Five ring dips
15 Sit-ups

Mike: 14
Arron: 21
Catherine: 17 (mod: tricep dips, jumping pu's)
Troy: 10 (mod: push-ups for ring dips) No mod for the pull-ups! Great job Troy.
Nathan: 4 (mod: jumping pull-ups, mod sit-ups and push-ups for dips)
Jordan: 13 (mod: jumping pull-ups)
Brenden: 13 (mod: tricep dips)

Sorry guys, I didn't have anyone in the first class count partial rounds so I had to keep it consistent. My fault!
