On this note, I am reading "No Excuses" by Kyle Maynard. He's the guy you see for just a few seconds at the 4:40 mark (in the full version of the video) with 1/2 arms and 1/2 legs. He's a stud. I'd reccomend that book to get you fired up, and even more so "Lone Survivor" which is about Lt. Michael Murphy, the guy that "Murph" is dedicated too (which as you may know, was Murphy's favorite workout!).
