WOD 3/30/09

Great job everyone. Remember, these are very technical movements and we incorporate them into the WOD to become better CrossFitters. Keep working on these movements and you will get good at them, just like anything else. Here is the clean and jerk demo off the CrossFit site.

Here is some Olympic footage of heavy clean and jerks. These guys have to do a full clean/squat clean with very large loads. Today we did power cleans for "Grace".
