300 Thrusters for time (95lbs/75lbs)
Even though Arnold, Maritza and Mike were suckers for my April 1st workout (I know some of you were too!) they came in and kicked ass on a tough WOD:
Max rnds in 15 minutes:
5 Thrusters (95/75)
10 Pull-Ups
Arnold: 12
Mike: 7
Maritza: 11 (mod)
Ian: 10 (ST)

Hi everyone! Hey, thank you SO SO SO MUCH for the card you sent. It really means a lot to me to have your support.
I'm not on my deathbed or anything, but was just dealing with some intestinal issues. I've been on some meds and a new diet that have helped control things, so I'm good to start coming back in next week.
Also, we had a little boy on March 21, so we've been getting used to him and our new schedule. His name is William, and he's awesome!
I'll see you guys soon!

Congrats Josh!!!
Can't wait to see pics!! Glad you are feeling better! That stuff runs (pardon the pun)in my family ~ not fun. Would love to hear the info you have learned when you return!
Welcome little William crossfit baby!!!
ah crap!!!
I almost made it through the day with no foolin!!!!
YOU totally got me!!!
My husband is out of town and I was like.. hmm... I guess I shouldn't get a babysitter for something that would keep me from walking for days!!!
VERY nice Ian!! I was thinking about that workout all day.. even emailed Corene about it.. i was 20% tempted ;)
20%!!??? We have to get you up to 100%. See you soon...
Good point Ian...
Let's set a date in the future for your "fools" WOD and do it. May have to be a lock in all nighter with pipe but I will 100% it! Anyone else want to admit they looked and didn't show up because of it???
"PVC" pipe that is.
I was wondering about that one! I had to look up thrusters on other cf sites to make sure I knew what the wod actually entailed. Muy stupido.
Me, that is, being stupid!
Here we go again, pipe, thrusters...
and don't forget those stress relieving Ball Slams.
