WOD 3/9/09

Air Todd? Todd was reminding me before we started this that he uses the 20" box when we do box jumps. ???????????????????? No more of that.

5 rounds for time:

72 ft. bear crawl
72 ft. walking lunges
72 ft. Galvao push-ups
72 ft. frog hops

I missed the goal of completing the WOD in 24 minutes or "ya outtta here" by a full 2 plus minutes. This is my official request for leniency! 10 extra pull-ups per WOD for a couple weeks maybe?
