WOD 3/14/09






Jennifer's first big back squat numbers!
Back Squat
3-3-3-3-3

Don't forget guys, we are looking for 3 continuous reps each set. Also, we are looking for 5 whole, completed sets of three. If you fail on your 2nd rep, back the weight off so you can get a number down for that set.

My weights should have been 95-145-175-195-215, because I only added 20 on each of the last two.
