Complete 5 weighted pull-ups & 5 Heavy SDLHP on the minute every minute for 10 minutes. You choose the weights. You will do 5 burpee-to-box jumps (24/20) for every rep you miss at the end of the WOD. For reals.

mod. got rid of 15 lb weight for pu's. Man that was tough..
UGH!! Dropped weight from 15 lbs to 10 lbs around round 6...thanks Ian. Pretty sure all of my PUs didn't make it over the bar - don't tell anyone. Oh, and the 35 burpee penalties at the end sucked ass!!
Kari brought me in for BYOF Saturday. I've been doing CrossFit for about 8 months but that was my first time at a 'box'. I wanted to thank everyone for so readily welcoming me and especially Ian for the pointers and encouragement. I'll be back!
