If we say yards are semi-equal to meters...that's like 2.75 miles in running??

That is odd, 4,400 yards of running? (2.5 miles). Not sure how many will be "sprints."

i am thinking that the numbers refer to the number of reps for the swings and there will be a 40 in between each set
