60 Front Squats

Load for front squat is body weight. For each break in the set there is a 12 burpee penalty.

Phew...I thought I was being called out on something I'm innocent of ;0)

I think CrossFit is like crack and Ian and Kyle are the dealers! We know it crushes us but we keep paying for it and coming back for more!

And yes, KJ , this cf stuff is addicting. I am going to submit an application for the show Intervention. Possibly they can help break the cycle of pain.Evil wod programmers suck us in, and leave a wake of destruction when they are done with us.
