Sometimes you have to bring a little crazy to the workout huh Steve?



5 rounds for time:

10 knees to elbows
15 24" box jumps
20 push-press (75lbs/55 lbs)

I had to sub 800 meters on the elipitcal because my capt. was on the treadmill
