WOD 1/13/09







Sorry, Josh. I had one of you with picture perfect push-up form but that was much too flattering.


10 rounds for time:
10 Kettlebell swings (24 kg/16 kg)
50 Side-to-sides w/kettlebell (16kg/12kg)
15 push-ups

Catherine: 32:37 (mod: 12kg/8kg, 1 rnd full push-ups - 9 rnds from the knees)
Corene: 32:42 (mod: 4 rounds with 12 kg side-to-sides, 6rounds with 8kg)
Josh: 56:34 (mod: 3 regular push-ups then 12 knee push-ups then 3 rep negatives for 9 rounds,
1 round of 16 kg side-to-sides then 9 rounds with 12kg)
Jeremy: 57:28
Steve: 27:17
Arron: 32:46
Brent: 26:04

Great work! Also, please welcome Corene Henage to CrossFit Littleton. Most of you did tonight! But just in case you haven't met her yet.

Seriously this picture taking stuff really SUCKS! Well the proof is in the pudding huh?

I have my first CrossFit injury! Besides soreness.. my knees aren't looking so hot... guess that is a reason to do full pushups.
