WOD 1/15/09


Tabata Intervals (Last done 12/13/08 link here)
Squats
Pull-ups
Jump Rope (DU's/singles)
KB Swings (16 kg/12kg)
Push-ups

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, 8 rounds for each exercise. 1 min. rest between exercises. Your lowest # of reps for each exercise is your score for that exercise. All 5 exercises are totaled for your cumulative score.

Last time we did side-to-sides instead of jumping rope but I know you guys will kill me if we do side-to-sides again this week!

Corene: 67 (mod: 3 blue & 2 red assist band pull-ups)

kb swings 8
push-ups 3

Also, Saturday we are going to work on the push-jerk and getting some weight overhead so be there if you can.
