I take 1 mens health one a day multi vitamins, 6-1000 mg of fish oil, one vitamin D 1000 IU everday and two Cholest off before each meal. Is there anything else I should be doing?
Hey Adam, I got my ideas from the paleo diet book, specifically the vitamin E and D. D also I got from some of you guys. The multi is a no brainer and the fish oil also if you are a crossfitter. I like the supergreen food supplement for the grasses in it. Not fresh, but good to take I think, maybe, possibly.
There are other supplements obviously. If you watch some of the old videos on the journal of the high profile crossfit celebs getting ready for the 2009 games, they show what they take. A ton of stuff!
