Have fun with this one folks! I am going to take the day off and be thankful for the sacrifices made by so many others!

Guys I am interested in doing the HERO WOD. For those of you that don't know I served in the fist gulf war, I feel for all of our guys overseas now. I may not be the best CrossFit guy out there but I will guarantee that if we do the HERO WOD I will give evey ounce I have to complete it.

Hal, I'm in. I doubt I can do early, but anytime after 2 I am good. For those of you who are not aware of the Hero WOD we are talking about http://www.trevorwine.com/. This was my cousins' cousin. Chime in and let us know what works for you.

Trevor Wine looks like a great one, but I'm taking the day off also.

For those interested - Fort Logan National Cemetery has a program starting at 11:00 at the flag pole. About an hour long.

Is the kid's class on today? Just checking before we head down from the mountains....

Dani:

the kids class is on.

I am going to the Trevor Win'e WOD at 6, if anyone is interested. I am going to break it down to an individual instead of a team.

Thanks Troy, Wade and Dani! That was actually more fun than I thought it would be and I couldn't have had a better team!
