Hands down, no questions asked, this one just flat out kicked my A**!!!!!! Ugh! Good thing tomorrows another day!

43# lunges for 21 then 5 of the 15, then dropped to 33#'s for the rest of the wod. 16kg kb swings!

Way to go Chelsea for going from "I can hardly jump rope" to a single double under 3 times in a row!!!!!!
