WOD 5/25/2010

Get Some



Max KB Snatches in 10 minutes (AKA Secret Service Snatch Test). You choose the weight. Set the KB down and switch hands as often as you like.

I have not had bruising in a while and was beginning to feel a little like a whimp so tomorrow should put an end to that dilemma. I'll have some good "you gotta see these" bruises. sounds like some fun is to be had.

For the 1:30 crew; we are going to follow the standard WOD with:

25 MU (mod= 1 ring dip, 1 push up per MU),
50 heavy cleans,
75 weighted sit-ups,
1000M run....break up as you wish

okay that was horrible... 3x ring dips and pull ups for MU... horrible
