WOD 5/14/2010

This is what goes on at the gym after I leave...


Work up to your 1RM Bench


then...

30
Back Squats (try for body weight or approaching BW)
Row 750M
30 Weighted Pull-Ups

On Ramp
B1: Barbell Press 3 sets 10-12 reps 3-0-2-1 (rest 60 seconds)
B2: Dead Hang Pull-Ups 3 sets of 10 at tempo(rest 3 minutes)
