started 38 came down to 33

MOD - push press instead of thrusters (bum knee), 44#'s.

I like the new challenge of constantly moving with a 5-7 second breather Ian! Even with a lighter weight it still sucked!!!! ;0) Let's do that more!!!!

Started at 38#..dropped down to 33# in second round. That was tough! I liked it though. I need to be pushed more like that!! Thanks!

made it through 1 1/2 rounds with 55#, dropped to 45# and still was sketchy on the 5 sec rest. Way to push us with something a little different Ian, that sucked!!!

I just saw my time. I am sure you said it Ian, but my ears were ringing so loud I didn't hear it. That was the LONGEST 12 min of my life!
