Jerk (1RM - if you are not comfortable with the split you can push jerk - if you are not reasonably proficient at the jerk, you can do skills work with a lower weight)

7 Clapping Push-Ups (chest to the deck, whether you are on your knees or not)
On Ramp
Max Rounds in 5 minutes
3 minute rest
Max Rounds in 3 minutes
4 Ring Rows
8 Wall Balls
12 KB Swings
