Meal Plans

Whole Foods Breakfast

Cage free Omega 3 eggs cooked in olive oil, organic tomatoes. Could've used an apple and some almond butter though...

Hmmm....that looks NOTHING like what I had for breakfast. Oh well, at least the leader board is gone so I'm still #1 in my book.

How much Olive oil? other than that you probably got good portions of carbs, protein, and fat going on here, plus it looks dang good!

During warm ups, we should discuss what we had and critique each other in a positive manner!

Ian - that doesn't seem like much food.

4 omega-3 eggs cooked in bacon grease, 2 slices of bacon, coffee with heavy cream.

hhhmmm bacon!!

What's wrong with the olive oil? if you're going to have vegetable oil, that's one of the better ones.

A liberal, eyeballed amount Adam! I like your suggestion.

I'm not quite as big and strong as you Steve so I can get a way with a little less :)

I am Italian, so there is nothing wrong with Olive Oil. I use it everyday. I was just curious as to how much was used because Ian stated that he could have used some more carbs/fats in the orginal post. I don't think that one can use too much olive oil though!
