
P.S. - those regular running shoes, with the super beefy heel, that you have been wearing at the gym for a long time now are terrible for Crossfitting/lifting in. And I do mean terrible. I know, I have a pair too! Get some weightlifting shoes and/or some flat type cross training shoes.

I ordered a pair of the blue f 230's.
These look cool, I want to see how they preform during o-lifts.
I've got the RocLite 268 if anyone wants to check them out let me know, they are more trail oriented. I like my skate shoes better for o-lifts and these better for running - the inov-8's designed for road running may be better for lifting/crossfit??
