WOD 2/9/09







Using a barbell (M:95#/W:65#), complete as many rounds as you can in 12 minutes of:
  • Walk the length of the floor with the weight pressed over head (about 35')
  • 5 front squats
  • Lunge step back across the floor with weight on shoulders
  • 5 full squat cleans
This is a variation of a CrossFit One World workout known as "Saturday Morning Detention". Have fun!

Cindy: 4 1/4 (mod: pipe in place of bar and front squats for squat cleans)
Todd: 4 3/4 (mod: 75 lbs and front squats for squat cleans)
Terry: 5 3/4 (mod: 75 lbs)
Tyler: 3 3/4 (mod: 75 lbs dropping to 55 lbs during the squat cleans of round 2)
