CrossFit Regional Games Update!

So registration opened yesterday and they are almost full. In case you don't know, the Regional CrossFit Games (May 16th & 17th) are held at Front Range CrossFit and are a qualifier for the CrossFit World Games. I only got in because Stacy had the foresight to register me when I was running around like crazy yesterday morning.

It seems there are/will be a few more openings for Men and Women:

At 10:00 AM MST there are 10 male slots left and 49 female slots left.

As of 1:00 PM MST the male slots have sold out. There are 47 female slots left.

We are having problems with the wait list. As of right now, you can't register for the wait list. If you waited too long, and did not get in, don't panic yet. We are going to switch some of the women's competitor slots over to the men. The number is being hotly debated right now.

We will reopen the men's registration at 9:00 AM MST on February 5th.

The womens' registration is open now, and will stay open. Ladies, make sure that you get registered by the end of the day, February 4th. The number of women that have registered by then will determine how many more men's slots we open."

Now only the top 5 men and top 5 women will qualify to go to the World Games. Even though I won't be going to the World Games I think it will be a blast to participate in this event and come together with the community. If you want to set a goal for yourself to participate in the games in May, and help make it so I'm not the only CrossFit Littleton member in sight, register ASAP. I can use the company!
