WOD 2/2/09




Sorry Todd! It was hard to get a good shot between all those posts.

As many rounds as you can complete in 20 min.:

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

And a heads up for tomorrow - we will be getting some numbers down for your CrossFit Total. In a nutshell, it's the total from a max dead, back squat and shoulder press. See an in depth explanation and rules here.

Good lord, were you a school photographer in a previous life? I'm glad you don't shoot weddings for a living, or there would be some very unhappy brides out there. Geeeesh.
