Derek’s B-Day WOD (Hair Metal Hell):

100 STS (24/16)
75 Push-Ups
250 DUs
50 KB swings (24/16)
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Pull Ups
50 Wall Balls (20/12)
30 Burpees
75 Sit-Ups
30 K2Es

First person to finish each exercise calls time - he/she gets to skip the next exercise and all other participants immediately move to other exercise. 80’s Attire Required!!
