Adult Kid WOD
Joint Adult/Kid’s WOD:
5 Rounds -
66 ft Wheelbarrow,
30 alternating push-ups,
20 med-ball situps (tandem with appropriate weight),
25 M kid carry, 20 partner jump burpees -
400M run to start and end (kid/adult must finish together)
Ice Cream Social!
