So they say that admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery, so here goes...

I have a problem....I actually said the words "I quit" mid-WOD! SDLHP's are the BANE of my existence!!! I may have THOUGHT those words previously, but last night, I actually said them. So, before I spiral into "I quit" addiction, I hereby recognize that SDHLP's hate me as much as I hate them and avoiding them is the quickest route to recovery!!!

I think I am much better suited to things like the upcoming Octoberfest WOD!!!! See you there Big Bird!

I saw the carnage from the 5:30 class and knew better!

KJ, you are one step ahead of those of us who DFT. I think about quitting all the time, that is why I hide my keys so I can't easily drive away from the madness at CFL!
