Big Bird is Leaving the Nest!
It is with great sadness that I inform you all that Jarrod will be moving back to the east coast next week. Although it has been trying tolerating his arrogance, we must concede that it's a big loss for the gym. Please join us next Thursday 10/28 after evening class (at 6:30) at the Mirage (conveniently located across the parking lot from the gym) so that you can buy him a beer and send him off. We'll miss you Dizzle - you'll do awesome wherever you go and you know you always have a home here!

I'd Like to thank all my fans, without you I wouldn't be able to beat anyone at crossfit. I'd like to thank my coaches without you everything would be a MOD. I'd Like to thank my CFL teammate for setting the standard at the gym as the Fittest team at CFL. I'd like to thank the owner for allowing me to demonstrate the "standard" for crossfit. And of course I'd like to thank my family for your encouragement.

Anyways thanks to all of you for create such a Dynamic and fun community. I know it's only been a short year but I feel like I am leaving a family of Moms and Dads, Brothers and sister, and maybe some children (wade), maybe even a few grandparents (ian).
But in all seriousness thank you, each and everyone of you that I connected with it was life changing!

You are going to be sorely missed Jarrod. I have learned a lot from you and have been inspired by your boundless enthusiasm. Good luck with everything!
Just because I'm leaving doesn't mean I'll have a life. I'll still be commenting on the Blog from a far and added my 2 cents.
Jarrod, its been really nice to get to know you better. Thanks for all the pointers. As I have I said I DO hate you on occasion but all in a loving way. Thanks for pushing me. :0) Look forward to seeing your 2 cents. Enjoy that baby. Oh and wife too.
