Rest 10 minutes, then perform AMRAP at 85%

B1 Weighted/Supinated Pull-Ups 3x2-4@10.0.x.0

B2 Weighted Dips 3 sets AMRAP@50x0

Sprint 1/2 Gasser out & back 50M
*Go as heavy as possible on the farmers walk. Start by walking 50M for the farmers walk, set the weight down and sprint the 1/2 gasser. Repeat.
