Endurance Athletes

Jeremy mentioned to me that a handful of new folks at the gym have endurance tendencies/have competed in 1/2/3 sport events or would like to. I know some of our veteran members have the same inclinations. He asked that I post up in hopes that you all would post up and identify yourselves.

As we grow as a gym we will have more opportunities to offer sport specific training. In the meantime, it's nice if you guys can come together, train together, compete together etc. Don't be shy!

Since the "Pose" method of running was introduced to CFL I have been asked repeatedly what the benefits were to this style and what is it that we are trying to accomplish when "Posing". Crossfit Oahu has a great blog post today on Dr.Rom's and his information on Pose Running.
