50 Anchored Sit-Ups (hands on the floor)

A. Split Squat 8-10 reps @31X1 tempo rest 2 minutes between sides increase weight by 2-10 lbs.
B1. Weighted Dips 3-6 reps 40X0 increase weight by 5lbs
B2. Weighted Supinated Pullups 3-6 reps 80X0 increase weight 5lbs

Jarrod, hope you weren't solo this morning. Girls started about 415. All was finally good until i tried to walk out the door. I am not sure their new sleeping pattern is going to work so well.
