Some of the notes are what we are looking for. This was constructed to be a physical requirements test for the trainers, gym members will not necessarily be held to the exact same standards. But the commentary next to the skills is pertinent.
Participants may choose either the run or the row. If you are thinking of registering please make sure you have practiced all of these things. If you would like me to take a look at anything before you register I would be happy to. Graduates will have their picture taken and posted on the wall in the gym. I would like to get a growing list of folks who have passed the CFL Rx Challenge. Troy is working on the T-Shirts...

Who is bringing the beer! This is going to be and epic show of functional strength.
The bigger the crowd the bigger the preformance will be for the athletes that are undergoing this battle against "Ian's Christmas List"
Ian is cooking up an awful large humble pie.I'm not skilled enough to take a bite just yet.For those who "pass" Ian Starr's ultimate ass kicker, much respect!
Wade! you are more than skilled for this comp! You'll have more coaches than you can count que-ing you through all the movements.
Condor, overhead squats, squat snatch, pistols, are not in my skill-set yet. I appreciate the encouragement, but I suck at most of the skill activities. Technique is not my strong point. But, with some practice, maybe next quarter.
wade you got two days to master these! you have the strength!
Appreciate it Condor, but I'll sit this one out.
