Awesome head band!


3x3 Power Cleans, then finish with 6-8 singles on the minute with using your heaviest completed triplet


then...

3 rounds:
40 yard suicide run
Max clapping push-ups in 15 seconds

Rest 3 minutes between each round. Score is your total # of clapping push-ups
