Awesome job doing all of those ring dips today Derek! That was not easy. Also, huge congrats to Jason for doing a body weight snatch at 195lbs! He is the first to be on the board for that. Now that's a real lift. For reals.

MOD - 75# thrusters

Loved it!! Although, how do you go from 21 straight clapping push-ups to sets of 3 for rounds 2 and 3....talk about shoulder burn-out.

Wheels came off. Mod mod mod. 21 rep rd full weight and pu's. All rest knee pu's, 75lb thruster and box ring dips. Maybe this wod was a tad heavy on the triceps -by tad i mean waaayaay too much. Ouch.
