Today's WOD in ithaca
5 x 4 of 75% on max front squat then
5 rounds of
Dumbell burpees to hang power cleans to thruster x 7. Rx was 25# but I did 25#. With 7 pull ups between rounds. Dumbell burpees are evil just in case you were wondering.
Oh 35# per hand oops. A new shirt is on it's way...
