Paleo Potluck

Jeremy suggested we have a Paleo Potluck on the 5th of December just before we wrap up the challenge and to see who has the best recipes. We can host here at the gym, say 1-3PM. How'd that be?

This is off-topic, but I happeend to be talking to the lady who does group events for Copper Mountain--and it got me to thinking about whether a group of y'all might like to do a CFL ski-ride day.I bet they'd give us some sort of deal if we got 10-20 people to go. I'd be happy to check it out if there is some interest in taking a day up to the Mountains.

How do you do a potluck without beer?

I tell you what; I'll bring in something good instead with salt and everything.

Man Hal, none of us were really your friends before - but now that you have a condo in the mountains...

Hal, I will forgive you for the dodgeball if you let us crash at the breck condo sometime! Matt and I are always up for a ski day...

Jen, this is a perfect time to learn--you're in shape! Copper has a great ski school; go take a lesson. In fact, next time up I am going to take a half-day boarding lesson. Being in shape is more than half the battle for most people learinng to ski, their legs aren't strong enough (IMHO).
