Using a barbell (M:95#/W:65#), complete as many rounds as you can in 12 minutes of:
- Walk the length of the floor with the weight pressed over head (about 35')
- 5 front squats
- Lunge step back across the floor with weight on shoulders
- 5 full squat cleans

Its a good one.
I am in arrears in my workouts, I need to buttress my efforts, assign some intensity and get cracking; no more bottom end of the results board, I don't want to be the butt of any more jokes.

Jeremy does have a certail manimal apperance - but 7 rounds elivates him to greek god type respect. that makes him a greek manimal at the least

and for me "I am sore" is an understatement. I need a walker. I am waddling. I almost cried earlier when I had to go upstairs quickly to get something.
