Shout Out

I wanted to give a shout out to Jen B who yesterday completed an entire WOD doing unassisted dead hang pull-ups! To say nothing of her other accomplishments that day both personal and CFL related. That is frickin' awesome Jen! I can't tell you how impressed I was. I hope that fires everyone else up to get after it...
