20 Minute AMRAP
50 Singles
15 Situps
15 Squats
15 Stationary Lunges
Do in two heats and partner up. Partner has a watch to time your rounds. Try to match the time on all your rounds i.e. pace yourself. Score is a cumulative plus minus the round times. Your will set the baseline with your first round time so try and choose a pace that is solid but that you think you can maintain for 20 minutes.
Take absolute value of difference from one round to the next and add to score. Perfect score is 0. Going faster on one round does not offset going slower in another.
This workout is aimed at helping you guys find a steady aerobic pace in order to help you with your Burpee Helen time for the finals. FYI!

I agree Tara! I'll need someone much better at mathmatical equations than I am as a partner!
This morning was ugly! The WOD was good, the math, not so much!
Math at any time of day is bad, I cannot even imagine math at 6A.M.
I can hardly work the coffee pot at 6am. I'm impressed with people who can actually work out that early!
Something is seriously wrong with the 6 am club. Seriously.
I liked this WOD.
Learning our pace is an important part of the journey and I think that this was a good way to test our knowledge of what pace we could maintain.
As you can see, mine knowledge of my pace was off a bit.
I'd like to try this one again without the pace exercise to see if just going all out at the beginning and gasping through the later rounds = more rounds or not.

This was a good pacing WOD, but instead of absolute 0 the prize should have been a Negative number. Pace for majority of WOD, but go all out at the end. That is what you want to do in races.
Maria you kicked Booty. She could have been at zero but I told her to kick it in the last 3 rounds.
