As a Team of 2 Complete:
"Lumberjack 20"
20 Deadlifts (275,205,185/185,137,123)
Run 400m
20 KB swings (70lb,24,20/20,16,12)
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats (115,95,75/75,63,53)
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)
Run 400m
20 Box jumps (24/20)
Run 400m
20 DB Squat Cleans (45/30 lbs each hand)
Run 400m
(As a team choose one of the three weight categories, your team must be in only 1 of the three categories. Not heaviest weight for Deads and lightest for O-squats and medium for swings. Only exception is for a Male/Female team, where a male could be a mid and female heavy, or any combination of the sort. Therefore you should only need 1 piece of equipment per team, per exercise, unless you are a Male/Female team. )
Alternate reps 1-1, all runs are done together.
