Choose your weight for the O-Squats.

A. Deadlift 40%x5, 50%x5, 60%x5
B. Pistols 5x3 each leg
Strength Wod
Kettlebell Isabel
30 Snatch Right, 30 Snatch Left for time
Must finish one arm before switching.

Using Same Weight for both exercises
